No this is not 1/1 coaching with Dorian… He is head coach, all programs and meals are designed by Dorian himself.

We can’t all eat like Mr. Olympia. So, your goals determine your meal plan.
You will have access to a 200 recipe book, each has a full recipe, breakdown, and ingredient list.
Consistency is key to your success.
We want to ensure you fuel your body with the right food, but also enjoy it.
You will have the ability to filter what meals you prefer and add them to your shopping list.

Your muscle gain and weight loss rate depends on your genetics. It also depends on your training, consistency, intensity, nutrition, rest, and other factors. Now, if you follow your new training and nutrition plans exactly. Then, your body will respond well. No doubt, no matter your ability or goal, you will feel better.
There’s no secret to it and I have no magic wand.
It’s about complete dedication, desire and commitment.
