If you choose the second option, a coach educated by Dorian himself will work with you day to day. All your plans will be overseen and approved by Dorian himself. You will have direct access to a DY-approved expert Trainer. They can correspond with you online, helping you every step of the way. This is not only for bodybuilders, but anyone wanting to improve their fitness and get in shape.

We want to learn much about you and help you best. So, we want to keep you on a focused plan without big changes for 6-10 weeks. This is so we can gather as much information and decide where exactly we need to progress. We also don’t want to change your exercises often. Instead, we want to increase the weights and reps as much as possible. This will ensure the most muscle growth.

We can’t all eat like Mr. Olympia. So, your goals determine your meal plan. It considers your preferences (religious, dietary etc.), allergies, and needs. We will map out the options for each meal. Each has a full recipe, breakdown, and ingredient list. Consistency is key to your success. We want to ensure you fuel your body with the right food, but also enjoy it. We will program you recipes that fit your requirements and preferences. But, we also want your input. If there are any meals you don’t like, or want a change, tell us at check-in. We can swap them for something more suitable.

Your muscle gain and weight loss rate depends on your genetics. It also depends on your training, consistency, intensity, nutrition, rest, and other factors. Now, if you follow your new training and nutrition plans exactly. Also, stay accountable with your check-ins and stay driven to your goal. Then, your body will respond well. No doubt, no matter your ability or goal, you will feel better. There’s no secret to it and I have no magic wand. It’s about complete dedication, desire and commitment.
